City of whiffs redux

One of the guys I work with informed me that they messed with travel powers, drastically reducing your accuracy when they are turned on. Which, as anyone with super-speed knows, is ALL THE TIME.

Apparently they have reversed that change, but are planning to nerf travel powers in a new and interesting way soon.

The change is this: When you use Super Speed, Super Jump, or Flight, you have no accuracy penalites as has been (recently) the case. Instead, when you use these powers, the fast-speed effect goes away for a short period of time (but not the secondary effect of the power, if any).

So if you have Super Speed on and are zipping all around, once you shoot your super-blast at a villain you slow to normal speed but still have the pseudo-stealth secondary effect that Super Speed always provides.

Yup. I played a little night before last & discovered this. It's not bad.
